Team Workspace

A comprehensive guide on roles, permissions, billing, and shared assets for Team accounts.

maxTeam Workspaces require the Max plan.

PromptEase Max allows you to transform your personal account into a Team Workspace. This is critical for agencies or departments that need a centralized prompt repository.

Roles and Permissions

Owner: Full access. Manages billing, can delete the workspace, and can transfer ownership.
Admin: Can invite/remove members and create/delete Collections.
Editor: Can generate prompts, save to Collections, and view all team history.
Viewer: Can only view and copy prompts from Collections. Cannot generate new prompts (does not consume limits).

Shared Assets

In a Team Workspace, the 'Collections' tab becomes collaborative. By default, any Collection created is visible to the entire team. You can toggle a Collection to 'Private' if you are working on sensitive prompts.

Team usage limits are pooled. If your Max plan includes unlimited prompts, it applies to all invited Editors and Admins simultaneously.
