• Name, email address, and profile picture (via OAuth providers like Google or email/password).
• Payment and billing information for purchasing or selling on the Marketplace (processed securely by Razorpay or Stripe).
• KYC Verification details required for sellers (which may include identity documents processed by secure third-party compliance providers).

Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use our Services.

3. AI Processing and Your Data

When you use PromptEase to generate content, the inputs (prompts) and variables you provide are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic) via their APIs to generate the requested output.

• We do not use your private prompts or generated outputs to train our own models.
• Enterprise AI providers generally do not use API data to train their public models, but you should review their specific privacy policies for exact details.
• Your generated outputs are saved to your session history within your PromptEase account so you can retrieve them later. You can delete this history at any time.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to export your generated content to third-party services (e.g., Google Docs, Notion, Shopify, Slack), you grant us permission to transmit your data to these services on your behalf.

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to access or store information, maintain your authentication session, and remember your preferences (like your Referral Code cookie). You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some parts of our Service may not function properly without them.

• Access the personal data we have about you (available via the "Export my data" button in Settings).
• Request that we delete your personal data (available via the "Delete account" button in Settings, which permanently cascades and destroys all your linked records).

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely in our Supabase databases with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled to ensure that only authorized users can access specific records.
