We believe in zero lock-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees.

How to Cancel

Navigate to Settings > Billing and click 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page. You will be asked for a brief feedback reason, and then the cancellation is processed immediately.

When you cancel, you do not lose access immediately. Your Pro/Max features remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Data Retention after Cancellation

If your account downgrades to Starter, your history is NOT deleted. However, it becomes locked. You will only be able to view the 10 most recent prompts. If you resubscribe in the future, your full history and Collections are instantly unlocked again.

Refund Policy

PromptEase offers a strict 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, email support@promptease.com within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
