A detailed matrix of which AI tools are natively supported by the PromptEase extension.

The extension uses CSS selectors to securely inject itself into the DOM of popular AI chat tools. Because these tools change their UI frequently, we maintain a strict compatibility matrix.

Full Native Support (Auto-Inject enabled)

ChatGPT (chatgpt.com) - Supports both GPT-4 and GPT-4o interfaces.
Claude (claude.ai) - Full support including artifact panel awareness.
Gemini (gemini.google.com) - Full support.
Perplexity (perplexity.ai) - Supported for deep research prompts.

Partial Support (Floating Sidebar only)

For websites that use heavy canvas rendering or block DOM injection (like Discord for Midjourney), the extension falls back to a floating sidebar where you can generate and manually copy the prompt.
