Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy for Digital Goods
At PromptEase, we offer access to digital goods in the form of AI Prompt Systems, templates, and workflows. Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete and access has been granted.
By completing a purchase on the PromptEase Marketplace, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund for digital content that has already been delivered.
2. Exceptions (When Refunds May Be Granted)
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. A refund may be issued at our sole discretion under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery of Product: If due to a technical error on our platform, you are unable to access the Prompt System after payment is completed, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Major Defects: If the purchased system fundamentally fails to perform as described in the seller's listing (e.g., the prompts are entirely blank, or the variable schema is fundamentally broken) and the seller is unable to rectify the defect.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If a purchase was made fraudulently using your payment method, we will work with Razorpay/Stripe and your bank to reverse the transaction.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the criteria for an exception, please submit a refund request within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To submit a request, email us at support@promptease.xyz with the following details:
- Your registered email address.
- The Order ID or Invoice Number.
- A detailed explanation of the issue, including screenshots if applicable.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
4. Subscription Cancellations
If you are subscribed to a Pro or Team plan on PromptEase:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Billing" section in your Dashboard.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the cycle ends.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Seller Payout Reversals
If a buyer is granted a refund for a valid reason (e.g., a major defect in the system), the corresponding earnings will be deducted from the seller's account balance. If the funds have already been paid out via Razorpay Route, the deduction will be applied against future sales. Excessive refund rates may result in a seller's account being suspended.
6. Changes to this Policy
PromptEase reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
